Kohlrabi is a very healthy and tasty cabbage. There are several varieties in different colors. The taste of kohlrabi cabbage is a bit like white cabbage, but it is more juicy and in terms of the content of vitamins and calcium, it surpasses white cabbage. In salads, it is used both fresh and stewed, I offer you a simple and delicious salad from fresh kohlrabi cabbage.
Prepare the food you need.
Boil eggs hard-boiled. Cool under cold water. Clean up. Cut into strips or cubes.
Peel and grate the kohlrabi.
Also cut the cucumbers into strips.
Combine kohlrabi, cucumber and eggs. Salt the salad. Season with mayonnaise.
Mix well.
Finely chop the onion.
Place the salad in a salad bowl or plate and sprinkle with green onions on top.
