Mushroom salads are wonderful because you can cook them all year round. For salads, you can use not only greenhouse mushrooms, but also dried, fried, pickled, salted.
Salted mushrooms are an excellent ingredient for various salads. Salted mushroom salad is a hearty dish with a rich piquant taste.
Try to make such a salad, and you will surely leave it in your winter diet.
Cut the onions into quarters and fry in a little vegetable oil.
Peel the boiled potatoes, cut into small cubes, add the fried onions and mix.
Wash the salted mushrooms, dry and cut into small pieces.
Finely chop the green onion (leave some of the onion for decoration), add to the salted milk mushrooms, mix.
Cut the eggs into medium pieces.
All components of the salad are ready, we proceed to the "assembly". 1st layer - potatoes with fried onions, 2nd layer - mushrooms with green onions, 3rd layer - eggs. Coat each layer with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with salted mushrooms on top with the remaining green onions.
