The recipe is very simple, but no less delicious. It will help out in the case when you need to cook quickly, but there is no time at all. It is better to take pickled mushrooms for this salad, with spices and garlic. Or add a clove of garlic while cooking.
Ingredients:
Drain the marinade from the mushrooms.
Drain all the liquid from the beans and rinse it lightly.
Cut the tomato into small slices.
Cut the onion into thin half rings, rinse under running water to remove excess bitterness and marinate in balsamic vinegar.
Finely chop any greens.
Mix all the ingredients for the salad, sprinkle with spices, add oil and salt to taste.
Stir well the salad with mushrooms and beans and serve.
