The other day I was looking for recipes for appetizers, I'm preparing for the New Year - I want to cook something new, otherwise everything is boring. Although many salads, probably, cannot be replaced, for example, the herring under a fur coat never gets bored … So, while I was looking, I came across a salad "Anyutka" and wanted to cook it, but I literally made one portion for a try. The salad tastes very good. The only thing I changed was mixed mayonnaise with sour cream 1: 1, so the salad turned out lighter and softer, but that's up to you - if you like with mayonnaise, do only with it.
Prepare all the necessary products for the Anyutka salad and start cooking.
To begin with, boil a hard-boiled egg, boil the chicken thigh fillet in salted water until tender, about 20 minutes after boiling.
Finely chop the onion, place in a bowl and cover with boiling water, drain the water after half a minute. This is necessary so that there is no pungent smell of onions and bitterness.
Place the culinary ring on the serving dish and lay out the onion layer.
Cut the chicken into small pieces and place on the onion.
Finely chop the egg and place on top of the chicken.
Lubricate with mayonnaise, salt if desired.
Peel the apple, core it and chop finely, put on top of mayonnaise.
TIP! To keep the apple from darkening, sprinkle it with lemon juice.
Then add the grated cheese.
Brush with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated walnuts, remove the culinary ring. Anyutka salad is ready.
