I must say right away that mayonnaise as a dressing for this salad of sea and Peking cabbage is very suitable and it is delicious … Although for proper nutrition, if someone observes it, vegetable oil is taken as a dressing (sunflower, olive or some other - more useful).
Such a salad may well be a light garnish for the main fish dish (baked or fried fish, fish kebab, etc.).
For the salad, prepare the ingredients from the recipe list.
