Today I propose to prepare the popular Caesar salad with a slightly different ingredient composition. Pickled mushrooms add a zesty note that enhances the smoked chicken flavor. The salad turns out to be not only tasty, but also satisfying, like any "Caesar". Crispy Peking cabbage leaves, cucumber, parsley and onions add spring freshness to the salad, the tandem of all components combines mayonnaise on quail eggs. Caesar salad with smoked chicken and pickled mushrooms can be made in just 10 minutes! Try it, it's delicious!
Prepare foods on the list.
Cut the Chinese cabbage leaf into large squares (it is juicier from the bottom of the leaf).
Remove the skin from the smoked chicken and cut into cubes. Add fresh cucumber cubes.
Also cut the pickled mushrooms into large cubes. Scatter over the salad.
Add onion and parsley.
Cut the steep egg into slices, place in the center and along the contour of the dish. Add croutons. Apply a mayonnaise mesh.
Serve Caesar salad with smoked chicken and pickled mushrooms to the table immediately after cooking.
Enjoy your meal!
