For the preparation of various salads, chicken fillet is perhaps the most popular meat. It has a neutral taste and therefore blends perfectly with almost all products.

I propose a recipe for a tender and hearty salad with chicken meat, fresh cucumber and cheese pancakes. Make this salad, I'm sure it will become a frequent guest on your table.

Cooking a cheese pancake. We drive eggs into a container, add salt and pepper, beat well with a fork or hand whisk.

Add finely grated cheese, mix.

Grease a frying pan (diameter - 24 cm) with a thick bottom with vegetable oil, heat it up and pour a mass of eggs and cheese into it. Fry the pancake over medium heat on one side.
