In my recipe for smoked chicken salad, there is one special ingredient, a zest, so to speak, that gives the dish an unusual harsh, but at the same time, the most appropriate taste - it is pickled horseradish.
The easiest way is to buy pickled horseradish in the store, but it will be more pleasant for someone to cook it on their own, so I will give you a short instruction on how to prepare it:
Chop a small horseradish root or rub it on a fine grater, then put the chopped root in a jar, add 1 tsp. sugar and pour vinegar. After 3 hours the pickled horseradish will be ready to eat.
To make a salad with smoked chicken and potatoes, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
Finely chop the onion and marinate in vinegar.
Boil potatoes and carrots in their uniforms. Boil eggs hard-boiled. Clean up.
Cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Also cut the carrots into small cubes.
Chop the smoked chicken breast into small pieces.
Cut the eggs into cubes.
