"Dandelion" salad with corn is one of these salads: it consists of three basic ingredients, it is prepared simply and quickly, and if you boil the eggs in advance, it will take 5 minutes!
We will prepare all the products according to the list.
Boil chicken eggs in boiling water for 9 minutes. Drain, let the eggs cool, then peel and cut into medium-sized cubes.
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater.
Drain the liquid from canned corn by discarding it in a colander.
Place the corn, eggs and cheese in a bowl. Add mayonnaise to the salad.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Chop the parsley and add to the salad. Toss all the salad ingredients with the dressing.
