Surely every family has a favorite recipe for a festive salad, without which no celebration is complete. We have this "Piedmont" salad - I always cook it for the New Year's table. We tried it for the first time in one of our Italian restaurants, when the child was very young. Now he has grown up, and he loves this salad as much as we do.
Prepare foods from the list. Cut off excess fat from chicken legs, remove the skin, boil them in slightly salted water until tender, about 25 minutes, cool. Peel fresh champignons from skin and compost residues.
Separate the meat from the bones, chop it finely or tear it into small pieces, put in a deep bowl.
Cut fresh champignons into thin slices, add to a bowl to chicken meat.
Lightly chop the champignons in their own juice, chop the pitted olives into thin rings, put everything in a bowl.
Wash fresh lettuce leaves, pat dry with paper towels, tear with your hands. Season the salad with delicious low-fat mayonnaise, lightly salt and pepper to taste.
Stir all the ingredients of the salad so that they are well seasoned with the sauce.
Transfer the prepared salad to a deep bowl and serve as a cold snack.
