Today I propose an easy-to-prepare, but very tasty salad. It consists of fairly simple ingredients, but well chosen and perfectly in harmony with each other. The salad is very juicy by adding fresh cucumbers and canned corn, while filling and nutritious thanks to eggs and mushrooms. Mushrooms are fried together with onions before mixing with other ingredients, which gives the salad a tempting aroma.

Salad with mushrooms, cheese and corn can be safely served on the festive table. Ahead of us is a series of New Year's holidays, so be sure to take note of the recipe for this salad.

Wash the mushrooms thoroughly, then dry them a little on a cloth towel, cut into large segments. Do not use a fine shredder, as the mushrooms will decrease in size after frying. Preheat a dry frying pan, put the mushrooms inside, they literally immediately let the juice out. Simmer the mushroom juice for 3 minutes over medium heat without covering the pan. Only after that, pour in the oil, throw the onion, chopped into cubes in advance. Fry the ingredients together until the onion is soft and transparent. Be sure to stir the mixture periodically so that the mushrooms do not burn.

While the fried mushrooms and onions are cooling, shred the rest of the salad. Rinse the cucumbers, cut into long slices, then into short strips, place in a deep bowl.

Pre-boil the eggs until they are "hard-boiled", refrigerate them and peel off the shells. Cut the pulp into medium-sized cubes and add to the cucumbers.

Free the corn from the marinade, add to the main composition.

When the mushrooms are completely cool, transfer them to the container with the contents.

Grate hard cheese on a coarse or medium grater. Place the cheese shavings in the ingredients mixture.

Season the salad with mayonnaise, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Use salad mayonnaise, that is, not very high in fat content. Mix the mass thoroughly so that the mayonnaise sauce envelops each chopped element.

Salad with mushrooms, cheese and corn can be served immediately after cooking. Sprinkle with chopped herbs before serving.
