I am not a big fan of liver salads, but this salad somehow intrigued me, and I decided to cook it. Why it has such a name - I do not know, but the author indicated that it was preserved from the menu of the cafe in which it was tried. So, I did not regret at all what I cooked, because the combination of all products is very harmonious. All my family liked the salad. Feel free to advise him, especially if you respect salads with liver.
To prepare the Melnik salad, prepare the necessary products from the list.
Rinse the chicken liver, blot with napkins. Remove streaks. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the liver over high heat, 3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Transfer the liver to a bowl and cover until cooked.
Next, you need to prepare a cheese omelet. To do this, break eggs into a bowl, loosen them with a fork, add a little salt. Grate the hard cheese.
Add cheese to eggs and mix thoroughly.
Heat a spoonful of oil in a frying pan, pour out the egg-cheese mass and fry the omelet. Let it cool down.
Cut the pickled cucumbers and liver into cubes, put in a deep bowl.
Chop parsley and green onions.
