The New Year is coming soon, and I want to set the festive table in an original and tasty way. I would like to offer you a delicious bright salad "Happy New Year". We will cook it in portions. Although, of course, you can serve on a common dish and lay out in layers as well. The choice is yours.

I prepared the chicken breast for the Happy New Year salad in advance. Salted, rubbed with spices to taste (I have curry and cumin) cooked in a double boiler, you can wrap it in foil and bake in the oven. The breast is prepared quickly, 30 minutes is enough.

The white cabbage was very finely chopped, lightly salted and crushed with your hands until the juice appeared.

I washed all the vegetables, peeled the avocado, removed the seeds from the pepper, boiled and peeled the eggs. I cut the chicken breast, avocado, tomatoes, cucumber, pepper, eggs into small pieces. Do not stir!

Cooking the sauce. Combine vinegar, wasabi, grated garlic in a blender bowl.

Beat the eggs. Add salt, pepper, sugar. Pour oil in a thin stream, while continuing to beat.

Form a salad using the culinary ring. The first layer is cabbage, stack all the ingredients more tightly.

Next comes the chicken breast and sauce.
