I offer a very beautiful festive salad in glasses with chicken, vegetables and pomegranate. The advantage of this salad is that each guest will receive their own portion of this delicious salad individually. In addition, this salad will decorate any festive table, despite the fact that it is made from simple and affordable products. To prepare the salad, you first need to boil vegetables and chicken fillet, peel the pomegranate and walnuts, then the salad can be made very quickly. It can also be prepared in the morning and allowed to brew before serving.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and put them on the bottom of the glasses, add a little mayonnaise.
Then place the diced carrots followed by the beets. Apply mayonnaise again.
Put chopped chicken on top of the vegetables, cover it with mayonnaise on top.
Put the marinated mushrooms on top of the chicken, which are also cut into cubes. Lubricate them with mayonnaise. Place pomegranate seeds on top of the mushrooms.
Sprinkle the top of the salad with chopped walnuts and garnish with parsley leaves.
