But you don't have to eat the same salads for this - you can make them from any food that goes well with each other. It sounds especially juicy and tasty in a duet with celery cucumbers, if it is slightly seasoned with walnuts.
Prepare all the ingredients you need for your celery, nuts, and cucumber salad so you have them close at hand.
Rinse and peel the cucumbers. Grate on a coarse grater or chop.
Peel the celery root and cut in half. Grate one half on a coarse grater and add to the container to the cucumbers.
Chop the walnuts, pre-dried, with your hands, adding to the celery.
Then salt the salad and season with mayonnaise. You can choose a variety of mayonnaise as you wish, but for such a salad it is better to purchase low-fat and light mayonnaise.
Gently mix all the products together and place in a bowl or bowl for serving. Decorate with herbs.
