I deliberately put the word spaghetti in quotation marks, because it is, rather, a salad from zucchini and has nothing to do with classic spaghetti. Now is the season for vegetables, and we need to get vitaminized! For all lovers of light and tasty food, I suggest preparing this original and refreshing salad.

To prepare "spaghetti" from zucchini with avocado dressing, we need zucchini (or zucchini), half a small cucumber, avocado, lemon juice, garlic. You can take any greens. It can be cilantro, parsley, dill. I took basil. You can add olive oil if you like, but in my opinion, avocado does a great job without it.

Three zucchini (or zucchini) on a special grater for Korean salads. Thin straws are obtained. Three only the upper dense part, we do not need a loose middle.

Salt a little and put on a sieve to drain excess liquid. It is not needed, and we will just pour it out.
