To prepare the Vitamin Recharge salad, you need to take sauerkraut (for example, with caraway seeds and carrots), pickled seaweed, fresh beets with dark burgundy pulp, purple onion, olive oil, green basil and salt.
Finely chop the sauerkraut and seaweed.
Peel the onion, cut it in half, and then chop each half into thin half rings.
Peel the beets and grate on a coarse grater.
