I would like to share with you a delicious salad of white cabbage and pickled cucumbers with an interesting sauce. It would seem like an ordinary salad, which, as it seems to me, I have prepared a million times, but with this sauce it turned out to be so delicious that it is simply impossible to come off! This salad is an excellent addition to side dishes and any meat dishes.
Prepare the necessary products from the list.
Chop the white cabbage and place in a deep bowl. Without adding salt, mash the cabbage with your hands.
Dice the onion and pickled cucumbers into cubes, add them to the cabbage. You can also use green onions instead of onions.
Grate the carrots on a Korean or regular grater, chop the dill.
Mix all vegetables, add canned peas.
Lightly salt and pepper the salad, mix thoroughly.
For dressing, combine sour cream, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and mustard. I have Teriyaki sauce, but you can use regular soy sauce. Stir the sauce until smooth.
Add the resulting sauce to the salad, mix thoroughly. It is recommended to insist the salad for 1 hour.
After the indicated time, transfer the white cabbage and pickled cucumber salad to a suitable bowl and serve.
