Roll "Olivier" in lavash is a colorful appetizer on the festive table. Contrary to popular belief that it is extremely difficult to create it, I dare to assure that the dish is prepared quickly if you have already boiled and chilled vegetables and chicken eggs at hand.
Use oval or rectangular lavash, but always long, not short. In general, the creation of a salad is no different from the usual, folk recipe with milk sausage. If desired, you can replace this meat product with boiled chicken or beef.
By the way, you can pre-cut all the ingredients and mix them, and season immediately before putting the filling on the pita bread. Thus, the shelf life of the dish is not reduced, because it is filled with mayonnaise last.
So, let's prepare the necessary ingredients and start cooking!
Peel boiled and chilled potatoes and rinse in water. Cut into medium cubes and place in a container. It is not necessary to chop finely, so that when stirring, porridge does not turn out from all products.
Cut the milk sausage in the same way, freeing it from the shell. Pour the slices into a container.
Peel the boiled carrots and cut into cubes.
After the carrots, cut the pickled cucumbers into cubes and leave the slices on the board for about 5 minutes to let the brine stand out. At this time, open the jar of green peas and drain the marinade, and pour the peas themselves into the container along with the cucumber slices.
