I propose a recipe for a very light, vitamin salad, which is suitable for those who periodically keep fasting, vegetarians and of course all people who do not adhere to special dietary restrictions. The dish is simple, tasty and can be prepared in a matter of minutes. Such a salad is not only a good appetizer, but also a wonderful side dish for meat or fish.
To prepare it, we need to take: canned pineapples, white cabbage, green onions, canned corn, fresh cucumbers, salt, vegetable oil and lemon juice.
Cut pineapples into small cubes. You can take fresh ones, in this case you do not need to add lemon juice.
Open the jar of canned corn, drain the liquid and put 100 grams in a salad bowl.
Cut (shred) the white cabbage very thinly, press a little with your hands and add to the salad.
Wash green onions and cut them very finely. Put it in a salad bowl.
Wash fresh cucumbers and cut into small cubes.
Season the salad with vegetable oil, lemon juice (vinegar) and salt to taste. We mix all the ingredients.
The salad is amazing for its freshness and lightness. Serve as a snack or as a side dish.
