A simple salad with chicken liver, carrots, pickles, potatoes and onions.
Chicken liver (boiled) - 50 g
Potatoes (boiled) - 1 pc.
Carrots (boiled) - 1 pc.
Pickled cucumbers - 30 g
Onions - 0.5 pcs.
Canned peas - 2 tbsp

A very simple salad, with its ingredients reminiscent of Olivier, but with a completely different flavor from chicken liver. Chicken liver is so tender that it almost resembles pate in the salad, which affects the softness of the taste of this salad.
Pickled cucumber adds a piquant touch, preventing the salad from looking bland. An excellent variety of everyday lunch or dinner, you can decorate the liver salad with carrots and cucumbers as you wish.
I collected the salad in layers using a ring, but this is not necessary at all, you can just mix all the ingredients in one cup.
Layers from bottom to top: potatoes (diced), onions (finely), mayonnaise. It is better to spread mayonnaise with a spoon over the entire surface of the salad.
Liver (finely chopped), carrots (diced), mayonnaise.
Cucumber (diced), onion (finely), mayonnaise.
I decided to use polka dots on top, but you can place it somewhere inside, it will not affect the taste.
Supplement the liver salad with carrots and cucumbers with herbs and small pieces of hot pepper (optional), serve chilled.
Important additions to the recipe
To make the salad more delicious, I recommend boiling the liver in salted water with the addition of garlic and allspice.
