Everyone is accustomed to understanding the Caesar salad not at all what I will cook today. I have known this salad with sausage and croutons for 5 years, if not 6 years, and with this name. It has nothing to do with the other. This dish is suitable for almost any holiday, because it does not require any special skills.

So, for the salad you will need: smoked or smoked-boiled sausage (I had an imperial salami), canned corn, boiled eggs, fresh cucumber, a pack of kirieshkas (always with bacon or cheese flavor), a clove of garlic and mayonnaise.

Let's get started.

Cut cucumbers and sausage into strips.

Drain the liquid from the corn and pour it all into a cup.

Grate the cheese on a fine or coarse grater.

Crumble boiled eggs into cubes (it is better to take 3 pcs.)

Pour out the kirieshki.

Add mayonnaise, squeeze out a clove of garlic using a garlic press and mix.
