Chinese cabbage salad is light, low in calories and very easy to prepare. It goes well with meat dishes, goes well with any side dish. Also ideal for dieting.
To prepare a salad of Chinese cabbage, we need: Chinese cabbage (Peking), tomato, radish, lettuce, parmesan, sesame seeds, flaxseed, salt, pepper and olive oil with white balsamic for dressing.
Wash vegetables and salad under running water and dry.
Disassemble the cabbage into leaves, also wash under running water, dry with a paper towel. Trim the coarse, fibrous part near the head of cabbage. Slice. Put in a deep bowl.
Add lettuce.
Chop and add radishes and tomatoes to a salad bowl.
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and flaxseeds.
