I offer you a delicious and beautiful Chamomile salad. Well, you guessed why the salad is so called? Sure! It is decorated in the shape of a chamomile flower. The composition of this salad is harmonious and delicious, and its appearance cheers up and will certainly decorate any festive table. Such a salad is not at all difficult to prepare. We will need boiled rice, eggs, canned saury in oil, fresh cucumber, carrots, onions and mayonnaise, as well as white radish for the petals. Eggs need to be boiled until tender and peeled.
Put saury in a bowl and knead with a fork.
Put the rice in a circle on a round plate, leave the wide rim of the petal plate free. Put saury on top of the rice and make a net of mayonnaise.
