I propose to cook a delicious and hearty salad with bulgur and chicken liver. Relatively recently, I discovered salads for myself with the addition of bulgur. To say that I was shocked is to say nothing! Well, how could I not try such a variation before … The combination of bulgur and fresh vegetables is simply incomparable, if you add meat or liver, you get an absolutely gorgeous result - satisfying, bright and unexpected. I have re-cooked a lot of salads in my life, many of them were cooked once, never repeated, but this version of the salad is now a frequent guest on our table.

For dressing, you can use homemade mayonnaise, vegetable oil, sour cream. So, if such a salad is new to you, then you are welcome to the kitchen.

Prepare all products according to the list.

Pour half a glass of bulgur with one glass of water, boil over low heat for 12-15 minutes, stir and leave under the lid for 10 minutes. In the process of cooking, add a little salt to the bulgur. Then let the bulgur cool down.

Rinse and dry the chicken liver, cut off the veins and fatty parts. Cut the liver into small pieces. Peel and rinse the onion, cut the onion into small cubes.

Fry the liver and onions in vegetable oil. Fry until tender - 7-10 minutes, salt and pepper in the process.
