A delicious and simple bean salad that will become topical in the post. It is very simple to prepare it, and the sharpness of the salad can be adjusted to your taste. Such a salad can also be served on a festive table.

To prepare the salad, we need a set of various spices and seasonings: salt, sugar, soy sauce, wine vinegar, olive oil, seasonings for fish, chicken, Korean vegetables, ginger, red pepper, suneli hops and water.

Pour the beans overnight with water, drain the water in the morning, rinse the beans and cover with clean cold water, cook. When the water boils, drain and pour the beans with cold water. Cook until tender and do not salt. Add salt at the end of cooking.

Throw the finished beans in a colander.

Cut the onion into half rings and pour the marinade prepared from water, vinegar, 3 tbsp. olive oil, sugar and salt. Leave on for 30 minutes.

Grate carrots (preferably using a grater for Korean salads), add garlic passed through a press and seasonings. Add the remaining olive oil. Stir the carrots well and leave for 5-10 minutes.

Combine beans, carrots and pickled onions. Add soy sauce.

Mix the salad well. You can eat right away, or you can let it brew, it will become even tastier.
