The "Bride" salad with beets is a very hearty and beautiful multi-layered salad that will always decorate any festive table and delight with its taste. However, there are quite a few options for this salad, and the serving, respectively, is also different. I wanted to make a serving that matched the name of the salad, and I decided that I would make a salad that resembled a bride's dress. For this, I used different diameters of molding culinary rings.
By placing such a salad in the center of the table, you will surprise your guests. The salad can also be prepared in a large transparent pan, garnish with beetroot or carrot roses on top.
To prepare the "Bride" salad, prepare the necessary products from the list. Boil vegetables and eggs.
Peel and grate the boiled vegetables separately. Also grate hard cheese.
Put a ring with a larger diameter on a flat plate, put half of the potatoes into it, tamp and apply mayonnaise. A clear norm of products is not provided, since everything depends on the size of the rings, and it is better to navigate as the salad is prepared.
Then lay out half of the carrots, also press down and apply mayonnaise.
Next - some of the beets, and also apply mayonnaise.
Put grated cheese on top of the beets. Press down on the cheese and level the surface.
Put a second ring of a smaller diameter on top. Apply mayonnaise inside. Put the remaining carrots, brush with mayonnaise.
Then lay out the second layer of beets and brush with mayonnaise as well.
Dice the onions into cubes and place them on the beets. Apply mayonnaise.
Cover the onion with the remaining potatoes and brush with mayonnaise.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks, grate separately. Put the whites in a circle, and the yolks in the center.
Grate the processed cheese on a fine grater and lay out the last layer with a slide.
Carefully remove both rings.
Apply mayonnaise in a circle on the whole salad, making a hole in the bag, or you can use a pastry bag. It takes 1 hour to soak the salad.
The "Bride" salad with beets is ready.
Enjoy your meal!
