I came across a salad recipe with an unusual combination of ingredients and decided to try it.

So, to make a salad of red cabbage with cheese, you will need: red cabbage, hard cheese, semi-smoked sausage, chicken eggs, garlic, mayonnaise and salt.

To decorate the dish - half a small beet, a few green onion feathers and some raw carrots.

Finely chop the cabbage. Set aside a little cabbage to prepare the dye.

Cut the sausage into cubes.

Rub the cheese on a coarse grater.

Put cabbage, sausage, cheese in a bowl, squeeze out the garlic, put mayonnaise.
