The salad, the recipe for which I want to share, is prepared, one might say, from pasture. After all, every home has cheese, eggs, mayonnaise or sour cream, ham or at least boiled sausage.
A salad made from the above products turns out to be very satisfying and quite high in calories.
After cooking, such a salad must be infused for at least twenty to thirty minutes, then it will be even tastier!
To prepare a salad with omelette, ham and green peas, we will prepare the products according to the list.
Salt and pepper the eggs, beat lightly with a whisk or fork. Divide the mixture visually into 3-4 parts. In several passes, cook an omelet with a little sunflower oil.
Put the resulting omelette pancakes on a plate and cool completely.
Cut ham into thin strips, grate cheese on a coarse grater.
Add the peas and julienned omelette pancakes.
Toss and serve the scrambled eggs, ham and green peas salad as a separate dish.
