Greek is one of my favorite salads. In the popular classic version, these are fresh vegetables, aromatic dressing, olives and feta … and then there are options, for example, adding beans.
Prepare tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, feta, olive oil, Italian herbs, apple cider vinegar, onions, feta, lettuce, and beans.
Pre-soak the beans and then cook.
For dressing, combine olive oil with apple cider vinegar, add dry Italian herbs with paprika and while vegetables are being cut, this mixture will have time to infuse.
Tear lettuce leaves with your hands.
Chop cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers and onions into thin medium-sized slices.
Add the beans and pour over the dressing.
Cut the feta into cubes. Leave the olives whole or cut into halves if desired.
Stir up the salad a little.
The Greek salad is ready to serve and can also be served after a little soak.
