I once made a pie with green onions and an egg for my husband's dinner, then I thought and thought and decided that without the meat ingredient the man would be unhappy. There was no longer any serious time to cook something, so I stopped at a salad, with canned fish, which have long been eyesore.

The salad, despite the fact that it contains not the most dietary ingredients, came out quite fresh thanks to the greens. And next time I will add it twice more! This dish can also be served on a festive table. It seems like a simple mayonnaise salad, but the taste is new, "unfinished" and summer!

Ingredients: greens, fish, cheese, eggs, rice.

Cheese (ideally Parmesan) three on a fine grater.

My greens, finely cut.

Drain the oil from canned fish and rub with a fork.

Cook eggs for 10 minutes after boiling (I do it in a slow cooker in the "Pasta" mode). Cut into cubes. Boil long-grain rice until tender.

We put all the ingredients in a deep salad bowl, salt.
