Chicken and Pomegranate Salad is a delicious salad from Georgian cuisine. It is very simple to prepare it, and its taste will not yield to salads with a complex composition. Walnut sauce will add a special piquancy to this salad. For the salad, it is advisable to use the flesh of homemade chicken, then it will be much tastier. The salad will be a great addition to a side dish of rice or potatoes.
For the salad, we need chicken pulp, eggs, pomegranate, walnuts, lettuce, green onions, dill, wine vinegar and black pepper.
Cut the chicken into cubes.
Place the flesh in a bowl, add the diced eggs, pomegranate seeds, chopped green onions and dill. Season the salad with pepper and salt.
Grind the walnuts into crumbs using a food processor, gradually adding wine vinegar to the consistency of a thick sauce.
