As a cheese lover, I have tried many cheese salads, including combinations of different types of cheese with carrots, both raw and boiled. The chechil version was very impressive and is periodically repeated in the family menu.
For such a salad, in addition to smoked chechil cheese, you can use other types of plaited cheeses. I haven't tried any other dressing besides mayonnaise, it is very relevant here, and if the carrots are very juicy, then a very small amount of dressing will be needed.
