Pumpkin salad with apple and carrot is prepared in a matter of minutes, and what is the use and taste! This crispy fresh salad will cheer you up and boost your immune system. I didn't add anything, because I like the harmonious taste of pumpkin, carrot, apple and lemon dressing.

First, let's prepare the salad dressing. Combine olive oil and lemon juice. You can add sugar or honey to taste, but the sweetness of pumpkin, carrot and apple was enough for me.
