Dark balsamic vinegar - to taste;

Granular mustard - 2 tsp;

Salt to taste.

This Mediterranean-style tuna and bean salad is suitable for the everyday menu, and on the festive table is also appropriate. The taste is rich and original, the salad is perceived light, but at the same time it is still quite satisfying and can also be called useful.

In the list of ingredients, I indicated possible alternative substitutions for some products, you can choose them to your taste … On the Internet, such a composition is also found under the name Megapolis salad.

This is one of my favorite tuna salads, so I'm happy to share! Serve on a large flat platter or in portions immediately, season before serving.

Prepare the ingredients:

Wash, dry and tear the leaves of green lettuce (or lettuce herbs: rucola, etc.).

Peel the potatoes and cut into wedges.

Drain the canned tuna and pickled olives.

Cut the cherry into halves (or cut ordinary tomatoes into slices).

Place lettuce leaves and potatoes on top of a flat dish or portioned salad saucers. I sprinkled it with balsamic, it is possible to do this with a spray bottle.

Arrange the canned tuna and cherry slices.

Add olives and beans. Beans are suitable canned or boiled. I cooked pre-soaked white beans in a slow cooker.

To prepare the dressing, stir together the olive oil with balsamic and mustard seeds.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad before serving and stir it slightly.

Salt to taste, but note that the olives and tuna are already salted.

Salad with tuna, beans and Mediterranean notes is ready.
