The long-awaited spring came, the first leaves appeared on the trees, and a joyful sun shone in the sky. And so, against the background of this high spirits, surrounded by the long-awaited greens and vegetables, my recipe for such a bright and simple salad was born. It is very easy to prepare, especially if there is no need to chop the cabbage by hand. Therefore, this sunny dish has become a frequent guest at our table. I highly recommend everyone to try it.
Ingredients: fresh green cabbage, kiwi, corn and garlic (he somehow missed the frame).
Finely chop fresh green cabbage. I used a blender attachment.
Then add a little salt and crush with your hands. This will let the cabbage out and soften in the salad.
The idea for adding kiwi came to me from a friend. This fruit adds acid to the salad, so there is no need for vinegar. Cut the kiwi into small cubes.
Place the kiwi in the cabbage.
Open the corn, drain the liquid and pour the kernels into the salad.
Chop the garlic finely (or use a special press). Add it to the salad.
Mix everything well and season with vegetable (preferably olive) oil.
