Delicious, hearty and healthy salad with tender rice-based chicken liver. Daikon cubes and a cheese cap add spice to the salad.
You can make a large bowl of liver salad with carrots and eggs for the holiday with double all the ingredients. Under cheese and in a large plate, the salad will look great on the festive table.
Finely chop the liver and combine with rice.
Add diced egg and carrots.
Add daikon (diced) and chopped onion.
Stir everything and salt to taste, season with sour cream and put on a plate.
Rub the cheese on top.
When serving, decorate the liver salad with carrots and eggs with herbs to taste.
Important additions to the recipe
To make the salad more delicious, I recommend boiling the liver in salted water with the addition of garlic and allspice.
- Tender chicken liver should not be boiled for a long time, 15 minutes in boiling broth is enough.
