Salad "Prague" with chicken and prunes has long occupied one of the main places on the festive table next to "Shuba" and "Olivier". The salad is a bit unusual in composition, but very tasty and aromatic. Prunes give the salad a light smoky taste and aroma, cucumber - acid, carrots give juiciness and light sweetness. In general, it's worth trying to cook.
Prepare products for the Prague salad according to the list. Boil the carrots and chicken fillet for 15 minutes, the fillet should remain juicy, boil the eggs for no longer than 10 minutes, cool in ice water. Wash the prunes under running water, dry with a paper towel. Peel the eggs and carrots.
Cut the fillets into small cubes, put half of them in the first layer on the dish in which you will serve the salad. Salt the chicken slightly, pepper and grease with mayonnaise.
Then finely chop the pickled cucumber and white onion, put on a layer of chicken.
Next comes a layer of grated chicken eggs and carrots. We also grease a layer of carrots with mayonnaise.
Put green peas on the carrots.
