Traditionally, we prepare festive salads for the New Year. One of my favorites is "Garnet Bracelet". There are a lot of cooking options and they are all delicious. Today I propose to cook the Pomegranate Bracelet salad with prunes and nuts, as well as chicken fillet.

I indicated the cooking time without taking into account the boiling time of the products. It happens that boiled vegetables remain from the preparation of other salads, then only chicken fillet and eggs will be boiled. There is no mayonnaise in the photo, it will take at least 100 g.

Wash the prunes and soak them in warm water for a few minutes. Let's start assembling the salad. In the center of the plate on which we will serve the salad, place a glass oiled with vegetable oil or wrapped in cling film. Lay out the grated potatoes in the first layer. Lubricate with mayonnaise.

The second layer is beets. Sprinkle on top with nuts, chopped with a rolling pin or knife.

You can grease with mayonnaise. Disassemble the chicken fillet into fibers or finely chop, put on top of the nuts.

Cut the prunes into strips, put them on fillets greased with mayonnaise.

Next is a layer of grated carrots. While spreading the carrots, press the salad a little on all sides, giving it a nice shape.

Lay out the grated eggs with the last layer, brush with mayonnaise.
