This festive festive salad can brighten your New Year's table. The salad harmoniously combines crispy multi-colored vegetables, nourishing chicken fried in sesame seeds, crispy garlic-flavored croutons and tender cheese balls. And the flavor of the salad is completed by a spicy dressing with an orange aroma.
Of course, this salad will take a lot of work, but it's worth it. You can prepare a salad in advance, but store all the products in different containers, and then just put everything together.
Let's start preparing Peking cabbage salad with chicken and croutons.
Combine vegetable oil, soy sauce, sesame seeds, pepper in a bowl and stir. Put the chicken fillet, cut into thin strips, in a bowl, mix and leave to marinate for at least 20 minutes.
Let's take up the preparation of crackers. With the flat side of the knife, crush the peeled chive or pass it through a press, put it in a small bowl, pour in 1 tablespoon of oil. We put the bowl in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
Cut off the crust from the loaf, cut the crumb into small cubes, put it in a baking dish and pour the resulting oil. Sprinkle the bread cubes with basil or other spices and stir. We put in an oven preheated to 150 degrees for 15-30 minutes, until lightly browned.
Heat a small amount of vegetable oil in a frying pan, spread the pickled fillet.
And fry over high heat, stirring constantly, until cooked, literally a few minutes, do not dry out.
Let's make cheese balls. Put the cheese in a bowl, add finely chopped dill and garlic, grated on a fine grater. Add some salt and mix.

Now let's get down to making the salad dressing. Put mayonnaise into a bowl, pour in orange juice and soy sauce. Stir thoroughly with a whisk.
We begin to prepare the base. Put Peking cabbage, bell pepper, lettuce in a bowl. Cut all vegetables into thin strips. Add the fried chicken fillet. Mix gently.
We spread the salad base on a beautiful dish. Pour with dressing, sprinkle with crackers. Finally, lay out the cheese balls.
