Green beans can be used fresh or frozen. You do not need to defrost it before frying - it will come to readiness in a hot pan in a matter of minutes.

Prepare foods for a lean mushroom and green beans salad so you don't miss a thing. Although the list of ingredients is not that long, the dressing consists of one component at all.

Prepare the green beans. Cut off the stems and cut the pods into 3-4 cm pieces.

Now it's the champignons' turn. By the way, you can also use frozen. Well, with fresh ones, do this: peel or wash thoroughly, cut into small pieces.

Prepare the rest of the ingredients. Wash and chop the tomato, peel the onion and cut into halves or quarters. Peel the garlic and chop finely with a knife.
