Delicious salad with squid and red caviar. The layers in this salad are repeated twice, so the salad is rich in taste and very satisfying. I cooked for my son's birthday.
To prepare the salad, we need: a can of canned squid, red caviar, eggs, potatoes, hard cheese, dill and mayonnaise.
Remove the squid from the jar, cut into strips and put half on the bottom of the salad bowl. Brush with mayonnaise.
Divide the eggs into whites and yolks. Grate separately. Put half of the proteins on top of the squid. Brush with mayonnaise.
Grate the potatoes, put half of the protein on top and grease with mayonnaise again. It's better to just make a mayonnaise mesh, then the salad will be more fluffy.
Grate the hard cheese.
Put half of the cheese on top of the potatoes and brush with mayonnaise.
Repeat the layers in the same order: squid-protein-potato-cheese. Lubricate between layers with mayonnaise. Grease the top layer only along the edges and lay out the grated yolks.
Put the red caviar on top of the cheese with a teaspoon. Decorate with dill.
