This simple salad can be prepared by any man for his beloved one for the holiday of lovers or on March 8, to please his soul mate with attention and care. Agree, it is interesting to try the creation of your husband or a young man. The salad is quite simple and turns out to be unusual due to the spicy dressing, and very bright due to the multi-colored pasta. You can add any seasoning greens to the salad. The mixture of frozen vegetables can be successfully replaced with fresh carrots and cabbage (broccoli, cauliflower), which must first be lightly fried or blanched.


Preparing the dressing. To do this, mix all the ingredients until smooth and leave to brew.

Meanwhile, slice the purple onion lengthwise and finely chop the green garlic. If there is no such garlic for the season, then take a regular clove.

You need to remove the bones from the olives. This is done by simply pressing the knife. Don't use pitted olives, they have a completely soaked taste.

Frozen vegetables should be lightly cooked. To do this, put them in a saucepan and pour a couple of tablespoons of water and a spoonful of oil there. While stirring, bring until half cooked over medium heat. This will take no more than 5 minutes. Add chopped onions and garlic, lightly salt and pepper. The onion should become slightly soft, you don't need to fry it too much.

Boil fusilli in salted water. Drain the water.

Combine the fusilli and all the vegetables, pour over the dressing, stir.

Put the resulting salad on a platter. Decorate with a tomato.

Grate the cheese on top, garnish with herbs and serve.
