This salad looks like "herring under a fur coat", all the same potatoes, beets, onions, eggs. Only the fish is smoked here, which gave the salad a uniqueness, a new taste, as well as a light but appropriate decoration turned the salad into a wonderful festive snack! I really liked the salad, I will cook more:)
So, prepare potatoes, beets, eggs, onions, smoked fish (I took saury, smoked herring, mackerel or other smoked fish are also fine), mayonnaise, pomegranate, salt. Boil potatoes, beets, eggs for salad (you can in the evening). Peel these foods as well as the onions. Put the first layer of potatoes in a deep salad bowl (coarse grater), add a little layer of potatoes and pour with mayonnaise.
Disassemble the smoked saury into fillets, cut the fish into small cubes, put on a potato layer, sprinkle with onions (small cubes) and top with mayonnaise.
This is followed by a layer of chicken eggs (coarse grater), mayonnaise.
This is followed by a layer of beets (coarse grater) - this is the last layer.
Lubricate the beetroot layer with mayonnaise, smooth out the mayonnaise layer with a spoon, put the salad in the refrigerator to infuse. Garnish with a mayonnaise spiral and pomegranate seeds before serving.
