To all lovers of light vegetable snacks, as well as lovely young ladies who follow the figure, I offer a wonderful recipe for a salad of fresh cabbage, cucumbers and herbs. The invigorating taste of mint, dill and the light pungency of chives perfectly complement the crispy young cabbage and the fresh taste of cucumbers. The salad will not add centimeters to your waist, but at the same time it will be an excellent bright appetizer or a fragrant side dish for white meat and fish. For dressing, you can use both sour cream and low-fat natural yogurt.
To prepare the salad, we need the following ingredients: fresh cabbage (better than early varieties), fresh cucumbers, dill, chives, mint, salt, sugar, pepper and sour cream.
Chop the cabbage thinly.
For cucumbers, remove seeds and cut into slices. Add to the salad bowl with the cabbage. Add sugar, salt and pepper.
Chop greens finely, send to cucumbers and cabbage
Stir all the ingredients of the salad, add sour cream.
Stir and serve the salad immediately. Enjoy your meal!
