Squid and greens salad is very light, nutritious and healthy. Squid contains a lot of vitamins, as well as lettuce leaves. Therefore, you will not only eat this salad with appetite, but also for the benefit of your body.
Squid meat goes well with herbs and vegetables, and if you fill the salad with sour cream, then all the tastes combine into one bouquet.
So let's get down to making the salad. To do this, we need the following products: squid carcass, lettuce, cucumber, hard cheese, sour cream, salt.
Take a bunch of lettuce, cut the roots, wash it well under running water and cut it into pieces, if you want, you can tear the leaves with your hands.
Defrost the squid carcass, take out the insides, rinse thoroughly. Dip in boiling water and cook for 1.5-2 minutes, but not more, otherwise the meat will become rubbery and not tasty. Remove the lilac film from the squid, then the transparent one and cut the meat into thin rings.
Wash fresh cucumber and cut into pieces.
