The salad consists of just three ingredients: pork heart, canned peas, and boiled eggs. You can season the salad with both mayonnaise and sour cream or yogurt.

Pork heart must be soaked in cold water to remove blood. To do this, put the product in a deep dish and change the water frequently. When the water is free of blood, the heart needs to be boiled.
Put the heart in a saucepan, pour cold water. When it boils and foam appears, you need to drain all the water. Rinse the heart under running water and cook again. After 1 hour of cooking, add salt.
