This salad with fried mushrooms is quite satisfying, especially when seasoned with mayonnaise, although for my taste the juiciness is enough from the frying of the ingredients. it turns out that this is a salad not only with fried mushrooms, but with almost all fried ingredients! The salad is suitable for the everyday menu and for the festive table, but I especially advise you to prepare it and take it with you to a picnic in a container.
For chicken salad with fried mushrooms, prepare the ingredients according to the list.
First, cut the chicken fillet into small cubes and marinate in spices and vegetable oil.
