For such a salad, chicken stomachs can be cooked on purpose, or you can use part of the stomachs that were cooked for soup (for example, for a solyanka broth or for cabbage soup).
Mayonnaise, soy sauce are suitable as a dressing for salad from chicken stomachs with radish, and the marinade that was formed during the preparation of onions may well be enough. If you do not season with mayonnaise, then the salad is well suited for losing weight, for example, according to the Ducan diet at the "alternation" stage and subsequent stages, ie. except for the "attack".
Prepare the ingredients listed for the recipe.
Chicken stomachs need to be rinsed and cuticle clean.
Then boil them in a little salted water until soft (within 60-90 minutes).
Chop the onion thinly, add salt and sprinkle with apple cider vinegar.
Leave for 15-20 minutes.
Cut the prepared chicken stomachs into strips or cubes and add to the onion.
Grate the peeled green radish on a coarse grater.
