Neptune is the king of the seas, and Neptune salad is a royal dish of the festive feast. Its taste is delicate and light. Preparing a salad is quick and easy, but since the main ingredients are seafood, you need to know how to cook them correctly so as not to spoil the taste of the salad.

For effective presentation, you can use portioned glasses or bowls, tartlets or lettuce leaves.

Prepare the products for the preparation of Neptune salad with shrimps and red caviar according to the list.

Boil the squid, but first they should be thawed at room temperature, doused with boiling water and easily remove the curled skin, remove the chord and entrails. Pour in clean cold water, add a pinch of salt and bring to a boil. Remove the squid carcass with a slotted spoon and cool.
